Super happy with the service from Happy Hounds, particularly from Abbey. She did 2 visits to my home each day and looked after my dog so I felt at ease whilst on an overseas holiday. We've been using Happy Hounds regularly for months now for walks and had our first experience of the overnight stays last week end. We were very relieved to have Marcus's regular walker do the overnight stays. We have a very nervous rescue cat Honey who is super wary of new people but she took to Abbey immediately. There were regular updates with awesome photos and our home was exactly how we'd left it!! For peace of mind and top class service I definitely recommend Happy Hounds!!

I would highly recommend Happy Hounds for anyone. We were nervous leaving our pups at home on their own and having Nat & Tori come in without knowing the dogs. Our dogs are big and can be quite intimidating. Well Nat & Tori have the special touch. The dogs seemed happy and excited to see them and we had no problems. The communication and updates with emails and photos was really reassuring and not too much - each photo sent the dogs were grinning from ear to ear. The app was easy to use and allowed us to put all the information needed.Thanks Nat & Tori - you guys are amazing and would recommend Happy Hounds anytime.

Jodi was wonderful to our fur babies. Happy hounds was extremely helpful when our gate broke while we were away with promptly notifying us and helping us resolve the issue. 10/10! They dropped in over two days to look after my border collie, taking her for walks, topping up her food and giving her lots of love. Very impressed with Happy Hounds for overnight stays. The meet and greet service immediately put our minds at ease. The Time to Pet app a godsend. We think our rescue pup would love to adopt our sitter Mazie! He looked so happy in every pic. Our house was left so tidy and our fur babies all happy when we returned. We had a wonderful experience with using Happy Hounds over the recent long weekend. From our first contact, the communication with the team has been excellent, this continued with Lily our sitter who took excellent care of our two dogs. Tatum came and did overnight stays for the long weekend. She cared for our cat and our dog (with a history of excessive barking when we are away). She made us feel very relaxed after the meet and greet with her easy going nature and ideas to help manage the dog while we are away. Tatum provided daily updates and cute pics to keep us updated on how everything was going. Would definitely recommend Happy Hounds 🙂

Absolutely awesome. The whole experience from booking, to consult and stay was great.Quick communication between emails and text on very short notice, pleasant and nice staff.Breeanna stayed overnight and looked after our 2 big boys and was incredibe.Clear communication and she went above and beyond to clean up after one of them was sick on his bed.Couldn’t recommend her or the business more. I can't thank happy hounds enough. Our 2 dogs are so well looked after when we go away, I can see how happy they are in the photos our sitter sends us.
They drop by to get organised and understand your routine before you leave, and then your pets are I'm great hands.
I will be forever grateful to the team for pulling together and arranging emergency care when we got caught up in a 25 hour travel delay. Knowing our dogs were safe took the main stress out of the situation. 100% recommend

The most amazing service you will ever encounter for dog services. I truly believe in the care for their dogs. They have help us so much with our border collie Onyx. Nat, Lilly and Mazie provide an amazing service for us. Natalie from Happy Hounds was absolutely fantastic. She looked after our dog on our wedding day and brought him to our ceremony. Our dog can be anxious and difficult sometimes but he had a great time with Natalie. She kindly arranged a meet and greet before the big day and was super flexible to come a little earlier on the day than planned when we needed her to. Cierra from Happy Hounds has been amazing with our young Boxer. We have been doing the pop in and plays for awhile now and having someone check in and provide our crazy girl with some playtime has been amazing. I had Ainsly come & do a overnight stay with my two Frenchie’s last weekend. After moving into a unit from a large house & yard, I have been very worried about going away as my two need to be taken out to the toilet & also sleep on the bed🙈 & just need the human company at night. They are older dogs. After meeting Ainsly I felt more at ease & then after she arrived & sent updates & photos during the afternoon & morning I was totally relaxed & the smiles on my two faces in the pic’s I knew they were happy & cared for. I cannot recommend Happy Hounds highly enough & will be looking at a 2 night stay away in the near future🐾

We made a last minute booking and Ellie was very accommodating. She popped in to meet our 2 labradors in the morning and then came back at night for an overnight stay. One of our pups is terrified in storms and Ellie looked after him at 3am in the morning by lying on the floor with him and patting his head! I have just left my 8 month old Boxer puppy Leo for the first time so we could go on a week holiday. As with all fur baby mums I was very anxious about leaving him but I wanted him to be in the comfort of his own home. Leo is 30kg of boisterous excitable boxer puppy energy and can be full on so I had to make sure that whoever looked after him was prepared and also able to handle him. Cierra filled me with confidence from our first meet and greet and Leo’s psycho antics when meeting someone new didn’t phase Cierra in the slightest! Cierra gave me constant updates morning noon and night and sent me lots of photos which really put my mind at rest. I came home to a very well looked after puppy who Cierra has even taught to loose lead walk nicely instead of pulling my arm off! I would highly recommend Happy Hounds and I will definitely book again when needed. My house was left neat and tidy and I have a very happy puppy. Thank you Cierra, you are a gem to puppy owners xx

It was my first time leaving the girls so the check ins, photos and updates on the state of their well-being was really great at alleviating my anxiety. Highly recommend Happy Hounds! From the very start of the booking they were really friendly, professional and helped put our mind at ease leaving our dog at home.Ainsly dropped in to see him twice a day for cuddles, pats, play time, dinner and walks. Really want to thank the team here for helping us out VERY LAST MINUTE. Called about 4hrs out from actually needing a pet sitter for my own wedding (due to a last minute cancellation from another company)The Happy Hounds team really came through for me! We are so thrilled & grateful to have found Happy Hounds. As concerned pet-owners, who leave our two beloved young cats (one of whom is special-needs) in the capable hands of our sitter for 1-3 nights at a time, this means peace of mind knowing that our cats receive the standard of attention and care they need. We organised regular dog walks for our two dogs through Happy Hounds whilst we were away for a month. Happy Hounds were great! Easy to communicate with, they answered our questions quickly, easy booking of walks and invoicing. Ainsly, our allocated dog walker, was lovely and we totally felt reassured leaving our pups in her hands! We'll definitely use them again!

Happy Hounds is amazing. I could not recommend highly enough.
They found the perfect dog sitter for us with less than 24 hours notice. The wonderful sitter stayed overnight and also did drop ins during the day for our little social butterfly. Our pup was walked, fed and loved exactly like we would and we were sent regular updates all day.

Where do I start, I felt the struggle working full time and raising a child and yes I bought a Covid puppy. It got to the point of admitting I was doing an injustice to my boys to call Nat at happy hounds. I was worried because these are my very spoilt babies and from the moment I spoke with Nat I was at ease. She let me know that she had picked Steph for my boy, when Steph arrived I knew she was a perfect fit. Now we only booked the puppy in for the first few walks but Steph was/is so amazing she was happy to take boy my boys and well they love it and so do I.
Steph has such an amazing personality and my pup is just in love with her and has goo goo eyes for her. We are so happy with happy hounds and Steph we can’t stop raving about her to everyone. I highly recommend Happy Hounds and Steph and will continue to use them.

Absolutely loved the experience of Happy Hounds from the moment I made an enquiry! No matter how many questions I had I always received such a prompt response from Natalie.
We have now used the pet services twice and could not think of a better group to take care of our 15 year old fur ball. Loved all the updates we received and it made our time away all the more relaxing knowing our puppy dog was being taken care of and enjoying his time with his puppy sitters.

We used Happy Hounds for our Beagle / Foxhound whilst we went to Brisbane for the night. Our dog has a lot of energy and needs lots of love so we opted for the The Social Pupperino with an additional walk in the morning. Booking was easy and Stacey reached out to organise a meet and greet. She was great with Bruno, handled him great and listened to all our weird and wonderful requests for our pampered, precious pooch. Whilst away we got regular updates with photos and texts of reassurance ( at no extra charge ) we got email updates with live tracking data of the walks and the house was left tidy and clean. Such a great service! Abbey was beautiful with my Milly. I loved getting the video and photo updates with Milly looking so happy. Such an easy and stress-free process from start to end, including the meet and greet and throughout the drop in visits. Milly was able to stay in her familiar home environment with Abbey dropping in to feed, walk, and play with Milly. Such a great alternative to putting Milly into a kennel. Cannot recommend Happy Hounds enough. Ellie stayed with our pup for the week while we were overseas. Although it was hard leaving her for so long we were able to enjoy our holiday knowing she was in great hands and getting the love and attention she needs all in the comfort of her own home.

Ebony and Abbey were absolutely wonderful with our cats Phoebe and Miles. I was a bit worried leaving our furbabies for two weeks, as they both love their cuddles and routine. We were so relieved that they were cared for so lovingly, and the regular updates and photos put us all totally at ease, so we could enjoy our holiday. One of our kitties is also very, very shy, so it was wonderful that Abbey and Ebony took the time to bring him out of his shell for cuddles and attention. I would not hesitate to book Happy Hounds again - they were brilliant. Even brought in our mail and left a lovely note to come home to. Thank you for everything, Abbey and Ebony!

We recently had the delightful Ebony come to our home to look after our 2 fur babies. The whole process was so smooth and we could not believe how easy it was to have a dog sitter come to our home. This was our first experience with Happy Hounds but it absolutely won’t be our last. Communication was superb, booking was simple, and our home was so clean and tidy when we arrived back home. We loved the texts and photos we received each day while we were away. Thank you for such a wonderful service.

Our Kody loved his special twice daily visits from Natalie and Stacey. The videos, photos and communication was outstanding 👌. I’ve used Happy Hounds a number of times now and couldn’t recommend them enough. The communication is always responsive making it easy to book things in even at short notice. Our most recent experiences have been with Abbey who has looked after our cat Humphrey twice now while we’ve been away. Abbey has gone above and beyond, even helping Humphrey practice his high fives! Humphrey has been super happy and relaxed when we got home. Thanks Happy Hounds!

It was so easy organising the daily afternoon walks for our two furry girls. Carissa and Lily were professional and friendly and our girls loved them instantly! We were over in NZ, but still got the daily emails and photo updates. We would highly recommend Happy Hounds and will be using them again in the near future.

Happy Hounds was fantastic right from the start. Very helpful with sending me links to forms etc when I was being a bit digitally incompetent lol and they answered all my questions no problems. Carissa was lovely and took great care of our puppies taking them out for Morning walks snd sending me photos of them for updates. Made me feel a lot less anxious about leaving them at home. Great service ❤️

We have just returned from five nights away from our girls (who are a little bit crazy might I add) and I can not express how well they were looked after, Ellie was amazing with them and with us! We always had photos and updates of their adventures and snuggle time and felt really at ease. The house has also been looked after so well! You wouldn’t have even known someone had been staying here, and we also came home to a lovely note and some treats for the girls. Such a great experience dealing with you guys, thanks so much! 💛

Couldn't thank Nat and Carissa more! I messaged Nat on the Friday and by Saturday my 2 dogs were being walked by Carissa! Such a professional, friendly and reliable company! The boys enjoyed their walk and were very tired after. Carissa provided photos and a video and there was also a GPS tracked email sent for where the boys went! They absolutely put my mind at ease with their meet and greet before any services so I could meet the carers and our dog also felt super comfortable. I got regular gps updates of walks as well as photos (just like daycare). Buddy was so spoilt with cuddles and walks !! I would not hesitate to use them again for our 1 year old cocker spaniel. Buddy was so happy to stay in his home environment and just have new friends to come and hang out with him Thank you 🙏

As new pet owners to 2 greyhounds, it can be hard to feel comfortable with just anyone looking after them. Natalie and the team have made me feel so confident in leaving my anxious pups on their own!They love Ebony - who comes for daytime visits and has done a few overnight stays. We were so nervous about leaving our 6 month old puppy at home while we were away for a week. He is our baby and it was so important to find someone to care for him that would love him just as much as we do and we are so grateful to have found that in the Happy Hounds teams! Natalie was so accomdating to our short notice request and went out of her way to make her work for us! While we were away, we really loved the photo updates and felt at ease seeing what our boy was up to and how happy he was. Having the girls stay at home with him was the best decision as his routine got to stay the same for him and he seemed really happy with his new friends. Finn enjoyed lots of couch cuddles and lots of Frisbee fetching just like he would have if we were home and I am grateful for this service letting us enjoy our time away, knowing our boy was so safe and happy.

Thank you so much Abbey and Natalie for the stellar service we received this long weekend! I was out of town and decided to try Happy Hounds Dog Walking for my fox terrier Buddy. Couldn’t recommend this service highly enough. From start to finish I was communicated with and advised if anything needed to change due to weather conditions. I was sent regular notifications advising when Abbey had picked Buddy up and also dropped him off. She also provided picture and video updates once finished which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be using this service again. Thank you both!

This is the second time I have used Happy Hounds and wouldn't go anywhere else ever again. Plenty of updates, you can tell the girls really love animals and Bea looked to be having a great time. House was spotless on our return, they even left a really thoughtful little gift for Bea who loves a treat! Happy Hounds are a professional company and worth every dollar. I recommend them highly enough.

I have used Happy Hounds 3 times now and every time I have been so impressed. All the girls have been lovely and taken great care of my 2 boys. I’ve always come home to happy relaxed dogs. I get videos, photos and updates and it makes such a difference going away knowing you don’t have to worry about your pets. Highly recommend!!!

Ellie from happy hounds was amazing at looking after my boy Francois. Ellie stayed overnight and sat with him.

I can’t recommend Happy Hounds enough. They have been working with my furbaby who has fear-aggression issues but they are so calm and patient and I feel so lucky to have people who love my dog nearly as much as I do! Couldn’t recommend Happy Hounds enough! We had Carissa come and do a meet and greet the week before the overnight stays and I felt comfortable straight away. Our dogs got up to some mischief and Carissa was great with just dealing with it! We got lots of updates throughout the stay and the house was left clean and tidy. Thank you again!

We booked Happy Hounds to look after our animals over a 8 day period. Ellie was awesome! She sent lots of photos and videos, which we loved! We felt very confident and reassured that our pets were well cared for, our dog Magnus loved the park trips, swimming in the lake. We definitely will book through Happy Hounds again! Used Happy Hounds for the first time.I had a meet & greet with Stacey & felt comfortable straight away. I had daily updates every day & pictures, which was extremely reassuring. We have used Happy Hounds since Natalie started the business some 7 years ago. I believe were we one of the first few clients she had. All I can say is that everything she has done from back then till now has been amazing.
